Decent place to start, but limited growth if you want real technical exposure
Pros
Work-life balance is okay if you keep your head down, don’t ask questions, and don’t create a ‘job threat’ to US employees.
Cons
* Very high racism and bias from US management towards Indian employee. decisions, visibility, and recognition are skewed. Indian engineers often get sidelined or under-credited, regardless of contribution. 1) Very limited access for engineers; a lot of “read-only” culture, so you can’t really get hands on. 2) Knowledge sharing is poor, no proper documentation, or structured onboarding. 3) Some teammates hoard information or showcase others’ work as their own, which kills collaboration. 4) Bureaucratic — multiple teams involved for simple requests, approvals take forever. Growth is slow. You may not get opportunities beyond the narrow scope assigned.
