Terrible job. Company is sinking

Pros

Somewhat flexible if your part-time. 20% discount on most things, sometimes they make it 40% off

Cons

Bad management, doesn't pay enough to bring anyone competent in for a long time. Probably the Lowest paying job in the area. Managers are miserable because they are working 80 hours a week and getting barked at by upper management constantly. You get rewarded with higher expectations and more work if you do good in KPIs or tasks. Employees have to complete manager/shift-lead tasks without the pay.

Not many anymore. Vacation, sick, and benefits are fair.

Cons

Over worked staff because of hour/people reduction. Pay no longer reflects work required for a store to be successful with the staffing model given.
