Everything. Your availability is meaningless. Untrained hires get promoted based on lack of hiring qualified individuals. Management is non existent until they want to tell you how bad you're doing. There is no work/home balance. They will work you to the bone if they can. Would give a -1 to culture and values if i could

Could be a cool job with the right team. You'll learn a lot and make easy money.

Cons

The pay is incredibly low for the amount of auto parts knowledge, organization, customer service, and overall time spent on the job. You'll definitely need another source of income to survive unless you're a part time college kid.
