Pros

No work. You will end up doing things from the 90s era. Cut copy paste and hardly some basic file uploads.

Cons

It was really good 3 years back. Now its just a black hole. HR are trying their best to cut the corners. Hardly any hike and no bonuses. Smart people have already left the org. HR'S are not paying ex employees their leave balances and giving multiple excuses. The top leadership completely lacks vision. Hired 300 people in one year and then laid off 150 the next year. This is just becoming another lala company which will eventually wrap up or end up being taken over.

Great co workers besides manager, pay was decent, loved our customers most the time

Cons

Horrible upper management, store manager drank on the job, had my time messed with and didn’t get paid for hours I worked if I went over 40
