Pros

Supportive superior and decent benefits. The new CEO appears to be working towards a better run company. He has a long way to go and I wish him the best.

Cons

Increased workload due to micromanagement from upper management, that includes busy work, that contributes nothing to sales, inferior IT from delivery devices to scanners compared to two main pure play competitors, physical inventory focuses doesn't focus on actual shrink. Unlike our competitors, the company uses third party to deliver product which then has to be scan received using scanners followed by physically inputting the variances. Really???
