Gained valuable knowledge about automotive parts and systems. Developed strong customer service and communication skills. Worked in a team-oriented and supportive environment. Built problem-solving skills through real-time customer needs. Enjoyed a fast-paced, hands-on work atmosphere.

Cons

Long hours on your feet and physically demanding tasks. Occasionally had to handle difficult or impatient customers. Limited advancement opportunities depending on location. High expectations during busy hours with limited staff. Pay could be low compared to the level of effort required.

Reorganized after smoke cleared from Covid and played off middle manager and most designers from marketing team. Seemed to be DEI focused as well as “cost savings”
