Plenty of training to learn more about your craft. Knowledgeable people across the country to help with any and everything.

Cons

Very little room for advancement unless you want to go into sales or move to a different business line. Favoritism is apparent. They are vastly out of touch of what people should be paid for their position especially after being there for over 5 years. A lot of people that I know of including myself didn’t want to leave the company but had no choice due to not being paid a living wage. They talked about increasing “incentive” all the time but never your base pay.
