Pros

The local offices of Advance Local are truly top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable and very team orientated, I couldn't recommend this company enough. If you're willing to learn and work hard, you'll be in happy with Advance.

Cons

Like any sales organization in these times, change is the norm. Sometimes, this can be a little sloppy, but it's nice that this big company acts and works like a medium sized company with quick adjustments and fluid processes.

Large but still has a family feel

Pros

Advance is still a family owned business, and that comes across. There's a sense that the local hubs are given control to act independently and with integrity. Overall great at respecting their employees.

Cons

The industry itself is contracting. Advance is managing this very well overall, but it's just a fact of the world. Still, they are a large org and I don't think are going anywhere anytime soon.

Advance fosters growth, innovation, and individual success. For motivated individuals, it is a great company to create a career with.

Cons

Aside from some fragmentation that comes naturally with being a decentralized media organization, there aren't many downsides.
