      A lot of good people work there! A friendly and professional atmosphere.

      I feel the salary was not competitive the the structure for advancement was minimal or non-existent.

      Good pay and benefits including yearly bonuses. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Absolutely no growth opportunity. No employee recognition. The company says they want to “listen” to employees more but it is all talk. No repercussions on employees who are bad workers or are rude consistently to other employees.
