They’re “nice” but not kind. Not sure I would consider that a pro.

Cons

The ableism amongst management and especially HR is extremely unsettling. I quit after a 6 month battle to obtain workplace accommodations that would just be considered normal decency at any other company. Pay is also extremely low regardless of your experience.
