Very structured and professional environment.

Cons

The owners and executives of Advance Local are almost exclusively the children and relatives of former owners and executives. The culture of nepotism runs rampant. The company is constantly trying to outsource as many job roles as they can to low-wage contractors in third-world countries despite posting record profits in 2020.

Company that cares about it's people and has a strong value system including one that creates a diverse and inclusive culture. There are many long-term employees here, great benefits and competitive salaries.
