Pros

Easy job to get, almost too easy. Very friendly.

Cons

Bad pay, long commutes, long hours, and the housing provided is worse than subpar. You won't get paid enough starting off to live in an apartment with how high the rent is in the state. Benefits take 6 months to a whole year of work to start. Opportunities for new hires are sparse and rarely provided unless you have a 4-year engineering degree.

-Zero work life balance -Very low pay -wear and tear on vehicle -Terrible schedule -almost always away from home
