Pros
They have a decent culture with a decent work life balance. You get a yearly bonus based on the facilities performance. They hire inside the facility before they release the position to the public.
Cons
If you need anything fixed they aren't respectful of your time or hourly goals. The maintenance hierarchy is the worst when they don't share info on how to fix problems around the clock. They only listen if you have a piece of paper with your name of it (ie: a degree) and they refuse to give extra money when you. are given more responsibilities without a new title.
