Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of new and exciting work. I worked with a lot of engineers who were certainly experts in their field and I learned a lot. They pay well enough, and provided housing for their co-op students. Hourly pay, unlimited overtime.
Cons
No PTO except holidays for co-ops. Sometimes you work a LOT of hours if a job is behind. Sometimes lost projects because of over-quoting.
