      Pros

      Autonomy is nice, but if you uncomfortable with working on your own, don't do it. You're allowed to do your job without micromanagement.

      Cons

      You are just a warm body to fill a contract. They do not care about you outside of your ability to fill a void or to cover for another contract across the state on your days off. If you don't work at headquarters, you don't matter. Sick child? You'll make up the list time at another location. Spouse pass away? "We pay three bereavement days, so we'll see you Friday, right?" You are nothing to them. Just know that before you start.
