      Good salary, fun atmosphere, accommodating for families, personal appointments and events, great boss and coworkers.

      Really no downsides to this company!

      Pros

      The diversity of projects coming in is refreshing! There is always something new, and the work is meaningful. Collaboration and creativity are encouraged, and management always makes time for annual outings and playful banter. I have never worked for a boss who was more supportive and forward-thinking.

      Cons

      If being too busy could be considered a con, then that is the only con I can think of. Sometimes it is difficult to get approval or feedback on ideas to move forward on personal work goals. However, there are always plenty of other projects to work on.
