      Most toxic company I've ever worked at

      Pros

      The people I worked with on a daily basis were awesome. I think it takes dedicated people to stick around in that environment.

      Cons

      Mid- to upper management are clueless, unable to plan, unwilling to hear feedback, and create a super toxic environment. Also HR is there to support management, not anyone else.

      Company is quite subjected to market conditions and limited top line revenue growth might suit well to individuals looking for stable job, but not aggressive growth
