Pros
*$17.00 an hour *Free coffee *Friday raffles/lunch if you make your goal quota *Diverse workers AE *can* be a friendly place to work, depending on your skill level and sociability
Cons
*Unprofessional management (being out of stock of essential items due to forgetfulness/disconnect between tasks and manager knowledge of tasks/chaotic materials handling system making little sense) *Extremely high turn-over rate of employees (in my three month contract my small department lost seven people)(this is especially true if you are employed there under a temp agency, which is most workers there). *Condescending management which preaches a “family environment” while belittling employees without learning their names *Has a culture of overworking employees (50-56hrs a week mandatory) and is strict regarding medical or personal time off. Very officious and family-based up-front, but in reality they value money and goals more than people. Little thought is put into the appropriate management of tasks, and work flow suffers due to incompetency rather than technology shortages
