4. Favourism, Employees aren't acknowledged and rewarded according to performance.
5. FAKE "focus on people". "Focus on management" instead.
6. Management doesn't been promoted from within, hire from own colony without relevant experience be the messengers.
7. FAKE work life balanced. Alot work after working hours and during PTO.
8. Environment is unfriendly to feedback what can be done better. You will be targeted for next retrenchment. Either force you to resign for sack you.
9. Not sure what is the HR's role.
There are alot more. CEO or COO should look into these if genuinely want to focus on people.
