Pros
In my time with Certasite, they helped us remodel our shop and update it. We have acquired new tools, and got a much more organized and smooth running workplace. The people here are hardworking and dedicated. The general manager will sit down with you and listen to your concerns. You can almost always find someone to help you with any problems you might have. There is plenty of growth inside the company, and they do like to promote from within as well. Health benefits, retirement plan, and good amount of PTO as well as plenty of Holiday pay.
Cons
Raised the prices of our product to fast when they took over. Didn't finish remodeling the shop. Still waiting on a few small details to be finished. Still waiting on the rest of the building to be remodeled as well.
