Management highly unorganized, overloaded in some departments only

Extremely unorganized, so not value workers as people, don't have the right tools for the job, the tools they do have are neglected and no time to try and fix them, no procedures in place, too much rework that could have been avoided, managers are all on their own page and don't realistically find any solutions to serious problems, extremely stressful. In a nutshell, it seems like you are on a reality show that your not supposed to know your on. Anything that could be a smooth job, NEVER ends up smooth an its management that does it.
