Horribly managed company. The Owner (Gabe) has a huge Ego and thinks his company is worth more than it is. Has defrauded the government on both the PEOSTRI contracts and the VA on the ''warehousing'' operation. No benefits, no perks, and very poor salary. Was required to ''wear multiple hats'' in order to satisfy the needs of the business, which isn't a big deal, but horrible planning. Forces employees to work overtime, then refuses to pay as wages but instead gives ‘’Comptime’’, which is illegal. If you leave because of poor working conditions the owner will make threats of blackmail, I have even seen him sue former employees.
Even if you are certified, the owner will make the ultimate decisions on architecture even though he has no experience. Infrastructure is so poorly designed, it was known in the beginning it was the wrong way to do it. I'm a senior engineer and after reading other reviews, I see this is still the case 3 years later.
No opportunity for growth within the company.
Leaving this company was the best decision I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and don’t work here.
