Cons
1. No salary/career grow opportunity and low and unequal pay 2. Result orienting no matter how hard you work. They will let you go if you don't have any outputs in a short amount of time (particularly sales) 3. Outdated and broken office equipment (cubicle desk drawers are all broken and cannot be closed, carpet is stained and disgusting, cafeteria and fridge are unsanitized etc.) 4. High turnover rate as people will jump ship immediately once they find better opportunity (1/3 of the workforce is new grads) 5. Language barrier, more than 90% of the workforce are non-native Chinese. They speak Mandarin all the time in office and even in meetings.
