Relaxed but professional atmosphere. Flexibility and very accommodating to medical issues and Drs appointments. Excellent training and mentoring opportunities. Lots to lean. Fast past and busy.
Cons
Some issues with members of management. Not always a lot of direction. Policies not documented. Rules are often made on the go. Not a lot of room for growth. Small company.
