      competitive pay; caring people & recognizes hard work (I've received multiple gift baksets & bonuses in my short time with the company); encourages development

      Cons

      Because they are a smaller company, there is less room for movement; not necessarily a bad thing because mgmt knows and cares about the employees. They are currently developing parental leave and similar program.

      One of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. Leadership takes care of the people within and outside the company. Jim is by far one of the best CEOs I’ve known, salary and benefits are one of the best I’ve seen.
