      We all became great friends. I loved every minute of work there.

      It was a contract so I only worked there for less than a year.

      Pros

      competitive pay; caring people & recognizes hard work (I've received multiple gift baksets & bonuses in my short time with the company); encourages development

      Cons

      Because they are a smaller company, there is less room for movement; not necessarily a bad thing because mgmt knows and cares about the employees. They are currently developing parental leave and similar program.
