      Company does not care about their people, it's all a show

      Pros

      The only real benefit is that they support remote work—nothing more.

      Cons

      There’s little room for growth, and they exploit employees without fair compensation for extra work or effort. Instead of genuinely earning positive reviews, they hand out gift cards and trinkets to encourage good feedback. The company operates in an abusive and unethical manner. I strongly do not recommend it. Leadership's emotional displays and talk of “love” are nothing more than a façade.

      Pros

      Lots of employee engagement and activities Support for contract needs and remote support Good communication with employees

      Cons

      No real job growth opportunities. Over the years I’ve worked here, my salary has only been raised 3.5% from the original salary I started at. I’ve had exceeded expectations reviews and received awards for my work in my contract. Living in the DMV is expensive, and with no other bonuses or stock options, this forces me to find income outside my full time job.

      Pros

      The company culture and values are amazing. The company has strong leadership with open communication and employee recognition. Great benefits and 401k match. Embodies the 6 C's Competence, Courage, Compassion, Character, Communication, and Community. We work on projects that align with our passion and values and support our customers and each other. Love it here.
