Free coffee. Office looks out to the flatirons. Work/life balance.

Cons

Lets put it this way, in my short stint they must have hired about 30 people, and retained 1. Calling their new hire process a revolving door is an understatement. You are given three months to hit your numbers and if you don't you're out. Training within the Therapy Recruiting dept was virtually non-existent and I received no mentorship. You almost don't want to make friends with your co-workers because you don't know who will still be around the next day.

We are disappointed to see this review. To provide insight; the training at Advanced is one full week in the classroom learning terminology, technology and business practices. The Colorado Therapy team has two dedicated mentors and a Director to provide coaching and leadership. There are also Senior Recruiter that are available to assist if the mentors are not available. We pride ourselves in having an open sales floor concept to encourage learning and engagement.

Our Corporate Recruiters make that evident from the first conversation with potential Recruiters. The first year is challenging and hitting KPI metrics are a big part of that. Once you break through and build a network of Nurses and learn the industry you can see great success and fulfillment.

This was an absolutely amazing office team to work for. The management team created an amazing environment and the staff was just excellent. It was a true team environment and you had all the support you could ever ask for. Unfortunately I had to step away due to family issues but I loved every second I worked here.

Cons

I would say its more of a heads up to perspective future employees; If you are not driven to do the job and put in the work/time, you will not succeed. This is why there are so many instances with turnover. You are given the tools to succeed.
