- Great company culture (monthly potlucks, after work events, etc.) - Good pay with uncapped commission - Clearly defined expectations, goals, and benchmarks - Friendly and helpful management. Leaves you alone, but is there when you need. - Gives you all the tools you need to succeed - No internal competition - Autonomy to run your desk how you see fit - Extremely rewarding job overall for those that have the personality for it

Cons

- This is actually a very hard job and can be draining if you are not used to cold calls - Do not be fooled by the casual atmosphere of the office, this job demands hard work and dedication to see success - Very competitive and can be high stress

I’ve been contracting with Advanced for about 1.5-2 years now and have nothing but great things to say. My recruiter is very accessible, friendly, stays on top of everything and has great communication. I needed a very specific location and time frame and they worked hard to make it happen. I highly recommend Advanced to anyone looking into traveling health care.

I have worked for Advance years ago (my recruiter was Amy B.) and then returned after bad experiences with other travel agencies ( my current recruiter is Shanna K). Both times, my recruiters has and is always available, always supportive and has always looks out for my best interest. I am 61 years- old and the medical coverage is important at this age. Insurance is good with low co-pays and a minimal, affordable and realistic out of pocket yearly deductable. Your work life balance is how YOU manage it.
