Pros

The people are great, the culture is great, you can wear whatever you would like, and the location is beautiful. You have the ability to sit or stand, or sit on a yoga ball and have access to a full kitchen. As far as office jobs go, this is the best. Plus you can earn some amazing commission. Plus you have a flexible schedule, which is so nice!

Cons

This isn't really a con but you need to understand how sales work and how dealing with people can be. Things can change quickly and often and you are not used to change, this isn't the job for you.

Recruiters are in and out..no job security here unless you're in another department. High stress environment and you're making calls alllll dayyyy lonnggg.

While a large majority agree that Advanced has a great company culture, the sales role is not an easy role but if you work hard , there is no cap on commission and that is rare these days. Now onto the serious allegations of drug use. We have a zero tolerance policy and we encourage employees to report these concerns. Pros

Potential to make a lot of money. The ability to impact the lives of people all across the country over the telephone. Hospitable and modern office with a lot of quality people.

Cons

On the hot seat from day one. The rules are different for everyone depending on how much your boss likes you. They are subject to change at any time and you will most likely be fired for things beyond your control. Rampant drinking, drug use and fraternization between employees at work. Very cliquey and your job relies on you worshiping your supervisor and jumping through unnecessary hurdles.
