Pros

I cannot say enough about the people I worked with.. They were all amazing and incredibly helpful. The pay potential is unlimited and benefits are top notch! Staying past 5pm is considered staying late!

Cons

This job is tough and requires a tremendous amount of work ethic and the ability to be resilient. I have never had a job that left me so frustrated. Many aspects of your success are out of your control.

Great pay potential Great co-workers Flexible hours Very challenging (Yes, this is a pro... No handouts here)

Cons

This is a tough, big-boy/big-girl job. If you are looking for a job where things are simply handed to you then this probably isn't the right fit. If you actually want to be rewarded for the effort and energy that YOU put in, then this is a great fit!

Pros

Allows you to be in control of your work schedule and pay check. Great mentors that help you succeed they will work with you to achieve your goals. You have the ability to make six figure income in a short period of time.

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily call it a con but you are not micro managed. If you are not doing your job responsibilities you will not stay long... but isn't that with any form of employment?
