Pros

Great people and you have the freedom of running your own desk.

Cons

You are on a time limit before they will give you the boot. They don’t warn you before they let you go so you sit and wonder if you will have a job tomorrow or not. When someone leaves, they give the senior recruiters all your good leads and give the newer recruiters all the bad leads.

The coworkers are helpful to an extent.

I’m really sorry but the database utilized is extremely outdated. It is nice to have everything in one database but after calling through my list of close to 1k therapists- I was told that I have to do it again to hit my call numbers. These poor candidates have been called multiple multiple times over years and you become an annoying telemarketer. Some information was also given to me that leads were given to senior staff and this allowed for none of the newer people to gain traction despite hitting the requirements given to them. The only individuals doing well have been there years, and that’s awesome however many many new people have left recently- that’s not a reflection on the new people, that’s a reflection on how the company treats the new people.

Pros

Give you all tools needed for day to day work.

Cons

Churn and burn type of company. Very political and lots of favoritism. Directors feed employee friends hot leads while the rest have to work extremely hard to meet goal. Third party contract so you get bottom of the barrel jobs for nurses with Unrealistic and non competitive pay.
