My recruiter and Advanced are top notch. There has never been an unreturned phone call or a stone unturned when needing a contract. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to travel! They are consistent, knowledgeable, and passionate about nurses.

Cons

Good Company with some Growing Pains

Pros

People are great. Everyone is really helpful and eager to lend a helping hand. There were a lot of leads that came across my desk.

Cons

Industry was super competitive. Company grew fast and unfortunately had some growing pains that made it hard for some career consultants (like me) to get a competitive edge.

Make it a fun office environment to distract you from the repetitive, and boring task of making phone calls all day.

Cons

Micro management All you do is cold call, ALL DAY Promise you high salary expectations, when really there are a few people in each office who truly succeed Pick favorites to give travelers to No room for growth in the company
