Pros

- You can leave for lunch (however, one of the many reasons why they will try to fire you) - Free snacks - PTO (you will also be judged for using, & be threaten that if you use it, that you are leaving your desk unattended AKA setting it up as though you are not preforming) - Extremely easy to get an offer letter

Cons

Where do I begin? - The training in this office is maybe, if you are lucky a full week - There are no mentors, as other offices has - No hands on training, what the director calls "training" is do EXACTLY what I tell you do in every situation, "OR ELSE" - The office has no team atmosphere, every single person there is excited to leave at the end of the day but is waiting for the first person to make a move - The director does not try to develop any sort of recruiter - There is absolutely no room for advancement - May want to look at your paycheck regarding deductions - They preach quality over quantity, but expect 150 calls a day... but quality, correct? - Overall, if you are looking for easy money for a few months, this is a great place to work. However you will instantly, & regrettably know that this was a mistake.

We are sorry to hear this was your experience. I would like to directly address a few items listed. This is a phone sales position, this is made clear from the very first conversation with our Corporate Recruiting team. Our call expectation is actually 75-100 calls per day for new Career Consultants. We absolutely encourage the use of PTO once it's earned and we require our team to take a minimum of a 30 minute lunch, this is not something we discourage! Our interview process includes a phone interview, assessments and an onsite interview, we only extend offers to those we feel are the very best fit for the position. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

You get a positive atmosphere. A team that genuinely cares if you succeed. Uncapped commission structure in the sales position. Do good enough and you can be more flexible with your schedule!

Cons

It's tough. Won't sugar coat it. You need to be motivated and determined to do well. Not a 'punch in- punch out' position. You're building your own business and that doesn't come without a lack of passion behind it.

Pros

-Amazing team atmosphere -Monday-Friday schedule -Uncapped commission and bonus structure, along with a base salary -Room for growth -Leads provided -Great support from co-workers and management

Cons

-Metrics driven sales environment so if you're not willing to work hard and push through to put up the numbers required for both you and the company, this job can be a challenge -100% of the sales process is done over the phone, text and emails, so if you're not comfortable with phones, technology, and being able to close deals without in person interaction, this job is challenging in another way

Thanks for the well rounded feedback. Phones sales is a tough gig and is not for everyone. We're happy to hear you are enjoying the ride.
