      Pros

      Been with them for over a year and I could say that I had a nice experience working in this company. I understand that everything is a challenge so it is up to you if you are up for it. Being a newbie in the industry, this company taught me a lot when it comes to patience and perseverance. I am not with them right now but I can still remember how happy I am with my environment especially with my co-workers who loves to chat so everyday has never been boring. Did I mentioned there's an unlimited snacks and beer cart Fridays too?

      Cons

      High turnover so if you're someone who doesn't love challenges and isn't competitive, this company is not for you.

      Pros

      Having an association with this therapy company is something all therapists should have their eyes wide open.

      Cons

      This facility therapy company, Advanced Medical are promoting, pays well but all therapists should look beyond why, it pays well. Is it because its a revolving door and the therapy structure is very poor and should be replaced. After you take out two therapists with longevity, the average tenure is 10 months and less for 7 other people.

      Pros

      Advanced Medical has a great, friendly team culture and truly cares about their employees and their success. The employee's success is the company's success. Beer cart Friday is a nice perk enjoyed by most when it happens.

      Cons

      The company is growing so quickly that I actually have work to do every day. Unlike the days when I used to have to find random things to do.
