Pros

Advanced is a wonderful, caring company that truly supports their staff members. They treat their staff like family and are very supportive of their employees' needs and growth opportunities. Yes, like any sales/recruiting job, there is stress to hit your numbers and make your goals. But it is a very fun, nurturing environment with management that truly cares.

Cons

It's sales- there can be a lot of pressure at times. But that is the nature of the position.

Pros

You get a positive atmosphere. A team that genuinely cares if you succeed. Uncapped commission structure in the sales position. Do good enough and you can be more flexible with your schedule!

Cons

It's tough. Won't sugar coat it. You need to be motivated and determined to do well. Not a 'punch in- punch out' position. You're building your own business and that doesn't come without a lack of passion behind it.
