Pros

Awesome environment to work in and very laid back place to work. I absolutely love my job and the therapist I book on travel contract opportunities. AMPS has become my family both recruiters and my travelers.

Cons

At the end of the day this is still a sales jobs and goals and numbers need to be met. Not everyone who works here understands that and because travel contract work is so fast paced it takes hard work, multitasking and an open mind. Don't recreate the wheel. We are here to succeed individually and as a team together!

Pros

Good work/ life balance. Good coworkers/ management who are helpful when asking questions. Nice environment. Somewhat flexible hours. Choose your own lunch.

Cons

High pressure sales job. Carries about 90% turnover in the recruiting department. Weaker pay. Little to no training. Once you sign some people they cut you to make profit off your temps.

Pros

Good co-workers, the potential to make decent money is there.

Cons

This is a phone sales job with poor training in a saturated market. Employees are completely dispensable which is very evident in the first few weeks after starting. Turnover is very high and people are always coming and going which is discouraging.
