      Pros

      -Fun but competitive environment where they want you to succeed. -No hand holding- they expect you to take ownership of your own desk which makes you feel empowered and that you're running your own business. -Lots of fun people, music playing, and really nice office.

      Cons

      100+ calls a day can feel tedious sometimes

      There's a lot of room for growth and career opportunity. Leadership is pretty transparent and supportive. Coworkers are amazing, awesome people. Company culture embraces accountability, cooperation, and rewards ambition.

      Cons

      High energy environment and high expectations of performance might be too much for some people.
