Pros

Great Company to work for. Every Department plays a key role in the success of the individual as well as the team. Support is fantastic, always available you just have to seek it out! The work life balance is wonderful, best I have ever had!

Cons

This is a tough job, not everyone who starts makes the cut. It takes a special breed to recruit here.

Pros

From the get go you are signing up to be in a positive company. There is actually a form everyone signs stating that you will uphold a positive attitude in the company. Coworkers are friendly and management really cares about the employees. If you have a problem it's very easy to go to someone and address the issue. You are always busy with work and at the end of the week you are rewarded with beer cart or leaving early if work is complete! Also provide great benefits - bonuses, PTO, holidays off.

Cons

Some growing pains - growing VERY quickly and things are changing often, takes a lot of adjusting - but also means job security.

Pros

AMPS really cares about each employees work/life balance. Also, there is room to grow both professionally and financially for each employee! The training process is very good and each new recruiter has the ability to succeed starting on day 1!

Cons

some of the days can be very long if you are not connecting with therapists, but that is sales!
