      Pros

      AMPS really cares about each employees work/life balance. Also, there is room to grow both professionally and financially for each employee! The training process is very good and each new recruiter has the ability to succeed starting on day 1!

      Cons

      some of the days can be very long if you are not connecting with therapists, but that is sales!

      Pros

      The company culture is the best I've ever been apart of. I personally love the setup and work structure as a recruiter. Helping people find jobs on top of being lucrative is a win-win situation. The team is friendly and management always comes up with clever ideas to bring departments together

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but it can be challenging job for someone not fit for a sales position. But at the same time it's very rewarding. Also maybe more training but who doesn't want/need that

      Understanding and supportive team. Challenging and rewording work. You will be surrounded by good people who to great things.

      Cons..Maybe we could more outside team building events (I was really stretching to come up with a con).
