I have been working for them for over 3 years now and I could say that my overall experience is great. I've worked in some known companies before but only in Advanced Medical that I've encountered an environment that will allow you to grow up, career wise. As long as its for the benefit of the business, support from the management is unlimited. Culture is excellent and I love to be surrounded by a creative environment with team player co-workers. You won't have any problem with your co-workers here because everyone is so friendly and the management trusts you to do your job. Benefits is quite high than most medical companies out there.

If you work hard, bring ideas to the table, show initiatives and have a competitive mindset you are financially and professionally rewarded. After working for Advanced Medical for three years I've never been so optimistic about my future with a company. This is not a company that will hold your hand. I have autonomy and the tools I need to do my job, for those that need to be hand held it may not be the right company. If you have a good attitude, work ethic and competitive spirit you will love the culture at Advanced Medical.
