Pros

If you work hard, bring ideas to the table, show initiatives and have a competitive mindset you are financially and professionally rewarded. After working for Advanced Medical for three years I've never been so optimistic about my future with a company. This is not a company that will hold your hand. I have autonomy and the tools I need to do my job, for those that need to be hand held it may not be the right company. If you have a good attitude, work ethic and competitive spirit you will love the culture at Advanced Medical.

Cons

This is not really a Con but due to the company growing so fast it's hard to get to know the newer employees and keep track of new roles/promotions.

I can't come up with something, so I will just say recruiting in general is a higher stress position, so stress? But that is trumped by the office atmosphere here
