Free candy and snacks abound throughout the office, commission once you get travelers on assignment is not capped

Pros

Good co-workers, the potential to make decent money is there.

Cons

This is a phone sales job with poor training in a saturated market. Employees are completely dispensable which is very evident in the first few weeks after starting. Turnover is very high and people are always coming and going which is discouraging.

High pressure sales job, but company is transparent from day 1. Fun environment, good money if you perform. Positive environment, improving. Good management.

Cons

We need more leads, food and fun are good things but we want the money! Honestly not much wrong, sales is sales.
