Pros

I've been here 5 years and love it. The company is solid and our benefits are amazing. Upper management is always supportive and productivity is reachable which is a big deal in an outpatient setting. Wouldn't work anywhere else!

Cons

A couple years ago we went through a buy out to a bigger company called Confluent. At the time, we thought the changes were going to be bad but they ended up being better for all of the employees.
