      Special summer hours are nice

      Cons

      Unless you're a child of one of the higher ups, you'll get passed over for promotions and raises, good work doesn't earn anything, it's all about who your parent is in the management hierarchy.

      The workers make the company, not the managers

      Pros

      Great people (mostly), great working hours with flexibility, good benefits, most people are very helpful.

      Cons

      Would be an excellent company if you changed some of the management team. Have to watch your back with the managers (who should not be in their positions) so be VERY careful, do not trust what you are told, upper management has no control over their managers (been here for many years and it hasn't changed). Just be careful if you come here. They just terminated someone for no real business reason...great worker, always helpful, very knowledgeable and approachable, always available, great disposition, great addition to our team here (many shocked people here right now)

      Flexible working hours good paying stable salary timing good environing Hauge opportunity to learn new technologies provide business account on Udemy courses working with multiple cultures (Saudis, Pakistanis and Egyptians ) that enhancing English skills as will as soft skills

      Cons

      no hierarchy in management and some times following micromanagement no task management there are problem in communication and showing employees efforts because of that
