      almost everyone there is friendly and kind. They always want to help and grow. competitive pay and good benefits. lots of work

      Cons

      there is no structure to the company or its management. told one thing by one manager and another thing from another manager. was asked to fill this out by HR 3 weeks into working there. glad I decided to do it after I'm no longer working there.

      Donuts on Fridays, not much else

      Cons

      Engineering management is extremely poor, no direction for employees, no desire to improve their processes, poorly utilizes employees, upper management and CEO are not on the same page and constantly change their minds. Turnover rate is at least 33% within one year.
