Pros

Health Insurance, Good starting pay, learning new things and skills on the job, lots of resources, 401K, boss cares about my wellbeing.

Cons

Can't make changes to health insurance for a year once chosen, more sick days would be nice especially with the current times, parking lot needs organization and expansion, sketchy area.
