Good Company Just Don't Work for Joint Staff

Pros

Money for school, 401K and friendly management.

Cons

Short Staffed and frequently overworked. We're asked to do the job of the previous contract with half of the people. The coworkers are great which helps with morale but this job is exhausting.

Pros

Hired qualified (and unqualified) people quickly. Benefits weren't bad

Cons

Lied about salaries, lied about bonuses for contract wins, lied about providing support to staff, lied about training, lied about contract management. Provided no help to on-site management when they were in desperate need, then lied to the contracting officer about that!
