Pros

I've worked in staffing for a while and ATP is genuinely different. The leadership here has a clear vision for where the company is going and actually invests in the people helping to build it. I've grown more in my time here than anywhere else, not just as a recruiter but as a professional. The team culture is collaborative and supportive without being complacent. Everyone pushes each other to be better. If you're hungry, motivated, and want to be part of something that's scaling fast, this is the place.
