Slightly under paid for companies around Charleston

The workload is atrocious, especially compared to the compensation. There is no regard for work/life balance. Additionally there’s micro management and CLEAR favorites. People who worked for a specific manager for a few months were being promoted over people who’d been with the company for years. HR has been notified of this favoritism as well as how this senior manager chooses to degrade and embarrass employees. Nothing has been done. There’s a reason that the turnover rate for contracts is so high and it isn’t just because of the workload.
